Recognized for excellence in planning, execution and overall professionalism by the Interactive Media Awards, The Institutes’ MyPath brand campaign created in collaboration with Sapient Government Services (SGS), part of Publicis.Sapient, received the Best In Class Award in the Advocacy, Education and Insurance categories.

Across the public sector, organizations are facing serious challenges of engaging specific audiences, specifically millennials, in the increasingly digital world. The first ever millennial-specific risk management and insurance industry-wide website, MyPath is a platform to educate and engage millennials about career opportunities in the insurance industry. Less than a year after the website launch, MyPath reached more than 220,000 unique visitors and with more than 400,000,000 impressions boosting site traffic by over 400 percent. In addition, industry engagement targets were successfully reach with over 100 partners represented. The initative fundamentally increased awareness and changed perceptions about potential career opportunities in the insurance industry.


“MyPath allows for risk management and insurance companies from all over the country to utilize one interactive platform that not only educates but provides an experience for potential candidates,” stated Teresa Bozzelli, President of SGS. “Empowering the millennial to control their journey through the insurance industry as a professional possibility. Created by the Interactive Media Council, Inc., the Interactive Media Awards are judged by members dedicated to elevating the standards of excellence on the Internet. Judges include web designers, developers, programmers, advertisers and other web-related professional from organizations such as the Huffington Post, OgilvyOne and the FOOD Network.


The Institutes was also recently recognized with a Bronze Stevie Award for the MyPath online marketing campaign in the Online Marketing Campaign of the Year category at the 2015 American Business Awards.
